Hamza joined Antin in 2011 and is located in the New York office.

He is a board member of portfolio companies Vicinity Energy and Lake State Railway. He previously held board seats at Fund III portfolio companies Kisimul and Hesley and Fund I portfolio companies Westerleigh and Andasol.

Prior to joining Antin, Hamza worked at JPMorgan in Paris where he was part of the Investment Banking team working on M&A transactions.
