Guillaume joined Antin in 2008 and is located in the New York office.

He is a board member of Fund III portfolio company FirstLight Fiber; Fund IV portfolio companies Vicinity Energy and Origis Energy; and Mid Cap portfolio company Empire Access. He previously held board seats in Fund II portfolio companies Kellas Midstream and GSR, and in Fund I portfolio company Euroports.

Prior to joining Antin, Guillaume worked at Credit Suisse in London where he was initially part of the M&A team. He subsequently joined Credit Suisse’s private equity team, DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, where he worked on the origination and execution of LBO investments.
