Timur Celik joined Antin in 2019 is based in the Paris Office where he oversees all tax aspects of the firm’s operations.

Before joining Antin, Timur spent nine years at Bredin Prat, where he advised clients on tax aspects of public and private M&A, real estate and capital market transactions.  During his tenure at Bredin Prat, Timur was also seconded to the New Year office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.

Timur holds a Master of Law from Columbia Law School and graduated in Corporate Law from Université Paris Descartes and in Tax Law from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Timur is admitted to practice law in New York and Paris.
