Sam joined Antin in 2018 and is based in the London office.

He works with Ashkan Karimi and is closely involved with the investment team on legal aspects of transactions.

Sam was responsible for all legal matters on the acquisitions of Lyntia, Vicinity, Indaqua, ERR, Hippocrates, RAW Charging, Consilium and Portakabin and the disposals of Kellas, Amedes, Roadchef and Lyntia Networks.

Prior to joining Antin, Sam spent 12 years as a corporate and private equity lawyer in private practice. He trained at Macfarlanes before joining Weil, Gotshal and Manges, where he advised many of the world’s largest private equity funds.

Sam has a BA and a Masters in Modern History from New College, Oxford. He is a Solicitor of the courts of England and Wales.
