Rakesh Shankar is a NextGen Partner in our New York office. He is a board member of NextGen portfolio company PearlX.

Rakesh brings 22 years of experience, starting with Moody’s Analytics where he rose to became a senior economist. In 2009 he joined Morgan Stanley where he became Managing Director, Investment Banking Division (Global Power and Utilities Group).

Rakesh holds a BA from Washington College, an MA in Economics from Temple University and an MBA from Yale School of Management.
