Marc joined Antin in 2019 and is based in the New York office.

Marc is responsible for all legal matters for the firm’s North American investment activity, including Antin’s U.S. portfolio companies: FirstLight Fiber, Vicinity Energy, Origis Energy, Lake State Railroad, Empire Access, PearlX and GTL Leasing.

Prior to joining Antin, Marc practiced corporate law, specializing in M&A, financing and capital markets transactions.

Marc holds a BA from Boston University and a JD from the University of Miami School of Law.
