Antin Infrastructure Partners hires two Directors
25th Sep 2015
Antin Infrastructure Partners is delighted to announce the appointments of two new Directors, joining its Financing and Investor Relations teams respectively.
Continuing Antin’s approach of driving value creation within its portfolio companies, Aurélie Edus joins Antin’s Financing team from DC Advisory, where she spent nine years in the debt advisory team in London and Paris and advised Antin on both the acquisition of Westerleigh and Amedes. Aurélie will support Alban Lestiboudois, Antin’s Partner in charge of Financing, on the financing and refinancing of new and existing investments. She has a range of transaction experience in financing, refinancing and restructuring. Aurélie holds an MBA from EDHEC Business school and a post-graduate diploma from the London School of Economics, where she studied Accounting and Finance.
Robert Segessenmann joins Antin’s Investor Relations team from UBS Global Asset Management, where he spent eight years in the infrastructure multi-manager team in Zurich. As a former Limited Partner, Robert will bring in-depth fundraising and investment experience to support Sébastien Lecaudey in the Investor Relations team. Robert is a recognised, experienced investor with extensive knowledge of the infrastructure investment landscape. He holds an MBA from the University of St. Gallen and is a CFA charterholder.
These hires follow the appointment in March 2015 of Alex Kesseler as Performance Improvement Principal, and several other recent hires in the investment team in late 2014, including two Investment Directors – Simon Soder from Macquarie Capital and Mehdi Azizi from Goldman Sachs. Antin now has ten Directors in the team supporting the eight Partners.
Antin’s CEO and Managing Partner Alain Rauscher noted
“Our deliberate hiring strategy focuses on building a team with a diverse set of skills to execute our active value creation initiatives. Hiring Aurélie and Robert allows us to reinforce our commitment to asset management and investor service with two high-calibre professionals already known to the firm”.
Antin’s team now stands at 48 professionals comprising 20 nationalities.
