Antin Infrastructure Partners enters into exclusive negotiations with the Korian group for the sale of Inicea, France's third largest group of psychiatric clinics

Antin Infrastructure Partners has entered into exclusive negotiations with the Korian group, Europe's leading care and support group for the elderly and vulnerable, with a view towards selling Inicea.

Founded in 2010 and employing nearly 1,100 people, Inicea is the largest independent French operator in the private psychiatry sector with a portfolio of 19 establishments. With a high-quality offering of full inpatient hospitalisation and a pioneering role in outpatient psychiatric care, Inicea has expanded considerably in recent years to meet the needs of a fast-growing sector with proven infrastructure characteristics.
